Future Generations Surpass

Future Generations Surpass' (FGS) mission is to enable high school youth to reach the next educational and professional level by developing their pertinent interpersonal skills, helping them to discover their individual niche, and connecting them with career assignments they are truly passionate about. FGS provides an afterschool development program through which this purpose can be achieved. Our work builds on a foundation of innovation and exposure to new discoveries that will help students prepare for a world that is constantly evolving. FGS offers new perspectives on learning centered on the latest trends of four fundamental elements in life: Finance and Business, Health and Fitness, Education, and Development. The program encourages and challenges students to set their goals high and gives them the tools to meet and exceed them, adding value and intellectual skills to our society and generations to come. FGS is a critical resource for today’s youth offering new perspectives of learning never before seen. Of 4 million high school students an estimated 1.2 million (1/3) will fail to graduate in 2012. It currently takes an average of six years to complete a bachelor’s degree, and the average student loan debt exceeds $30,000. Future Generations Surpass will help over 1 million students tackle the intimidating process of transitioning from high school to college or entrepreneurship and eventually into the workforce.
