One of the twelve regional networks under the Government of Canada's Federal Youth Network, Future Leaders Network of Manitoba (FLNMB) is an interdepartmental network that engages federal public servants based in Manitoba and supports their professional development through various learning and developmental opportunities, including networking, mentoring programs, learning workshops, social mixers and more. FLN MB collaborates with similar departmental networks within Manitoba, including the Federal Youth Network, the Prairie Federal Council, the National Managers Community MB and NWT and IPAC Manitoba.
