Future Leaders of Ontario

One of the twelve regional networks under the Federal Youth Network, Future Leaders of Ontario (FLO) engages new and young federal public servants based in Ontario (outside the NCR) and supports their professional development through various learning and development opportunities, including social mixers, speed mentoring, professional development workshops, and more. FLO collaborates with many Government of Canada and public sector networks and organizations, including the Federal Youth Network, the National Managers’ Community, the Ontario Federal Council Secretariat, young professional networks in the Ontario Public Service & Ontario municipalities, & IPAC Toronto Region.
