The Future Leaders Track (FLT) is a groundbreaking initiative that empowers young leaders from marginalized and vulnerable communities worldwide to become the architects of a more sustainable, equitable, and prosperous future. Through a rigorous 6-month program of leadership training, mentorship, and hands-on project development, we provide participants with the skills, resources, and global networks to drive real-world impact. Our mission is bold: to create 1,000+ sustainable communities by 2030, fueled by the passion, innovation, and dedication of youth leaders who are committed to solving the world’s most pressing challenges—poverty, inequality, climate change, and more. FLT goes beyond leadership development; it is a launchpad for social entrepreneurs, advocates, and changemakers ready to transform their communities and inspire global action.
