Future Nexus is a sustainability consulting firm based in New York City serving public, private, multilateral/intergovernmental, and third sector clients. Leaving his position as Chief Economist of an $80 billion AUM London-based asset manager, where he led development of the world’s first emerging market currency impact investment strategy, Aaron Cantrell founded Future Nexus in 2021 to facilitate exchange and alignment at the nexus of finance, policy, and business in relation to critical sustainability challenges, including through multistakeholder initiatives, research and development, thought leadership, and partnerships. Central to this work is the just transition, where the many issues, stakeholders, and levers for action in sustainability meet. We see the political economy of the green transition as a platform for driving a broader economic transformation that centers inclusion and sustainability.
