Future Skills for Women Program

Through the Future Skills for Women program, provided in partnership with the world’s largest professional platform LinkedIn, we strive to empower women with the skills of the future to promote their participation in the labor market, support gender balance in jobs, enrich the intellectual and practical contribution to technological and digital jobs in the future, and bridge the skills’ gap in different sectors. This will enhance the competitiveness of women and enable them to play a pivotal role in the knowledge-based economy and in achieving the UAE Centennial 2071. uture Skills for Women Initiative is a training program for a period of 12 months, targeting more than 2,000 female students, employees, and other women who wish to join the labor market through working in a technology-based future job.
