Future Swirl is an innovative plant-based food technology start up. Our mission is to create delicious and sustainable ice cream using Australia’s best produce. We are known for creating Australia's first handcrafted oat milk soft serve that debuted in Canberra in the summer of 2022/23. After receiving an Innovation Connect (ICON) Grant from the ACT Government, we are currently developing a new product range of oat milk based ice cream tubs that will be made available online and in shops. We are proud to be a member of ANU's Centre for Entrepreneurial Agri-Technology (CEAT) and are building our pilot manufacturing facility in the CEAT Innovation Hub.
