Combining technology and the priceless human element, we created LifeCheck™, 27 questions, taking 90 seconds to complete, and predicting wellbeing, based on the likelihood of developing a chronic condition/illness, such as a heart attack, stroke, and type 2 diabetes. Using family medical history, personal health data and information concerning lifestyle choices together with state of mind, the answers to the non-invasive questionnaire produce a personalised report with a baseline score. Each report is reviewed by a health practitioner with individualised comments added. The report is confidential to the person completing the assessment.
