The Future You Project is a passion project. It focuses on developing tools and tactics to improve the mental and emotional well-being of the young women of Aotearoa. Whether it is coaching teens one on one or working within groups, it is our mission to improve mental health of our girls and young women and give them a sense of hope and self-worth.
