Future Foundations, Africa is an impact-driven organization that designs products and services that empower young people to thrive and contribute meaningfully to development. Sub-Saharan Africa is set to have the largest number of young people entering the workforce, creating immense potential for economic growth. Yet, this potential is at risk due to high youth unemployment, driven by skills mismatches and outdated education systems. Through partnerships with local and global collaborators, Future Foundations, Africa mobilizes people, resources, and ideas to create a transformative education and workforce development model. This ensures that young Africans, especially those in underserved communities, are equipped with the skills needed to succeed in the evolving job market.
