Future Leaders in Politics (FLIP) is an enthusiastic and committed coalition of young professionals, leaders, and students breaking down barriers to community resources, empowering student leaders, and creating a better world.
In November 2020, three students from South Windsor, Connecticut, founded Future Leaders in Politics to connect students to local, state, and national assembly halls. Since these humble beginnings, Future Leaders in Politics has expanded to serving communities throughout Greater Hartford and beyond. We are encouraged by the efforts of the young leaders around Connecticut who carry out our mission of creating a more informed electorate, and importantly, reflective policies on issues critical to the next generation.
Our vision is to create a more transparent environment wherein future leaders not only find their voice but use it to change the world. Our mission of informing, advocating for, and empowering young leaders enables us to make lasting contributions to the communities we serve.
