With over 20 years expertise in window and door manufacture and installation it makes sense that we also undertake repairs, servicing and commissioning of windows. Our repair crews aim to repair 95% of all window and door mechanism failures rather than replacing them. This saves our clients and end users money and headaches. Double glazing repairs are our specialty Because we manufacture and install thousands of windows and doors every year, we buy very high quality components very competitively. These savings we pass on to our customers. For example window hinges start as low as £15 and may only take one hour to fit. AND because our repair teams carry the most common window and door hardware, they are well equipped to deal with your problems in the most efficient manner. We strive to ensure that we charge fairly for our work. Therefore we charge an agreed hourly rate NOT a day rate. On top of that we will not charge an additional call out fee. To ensure that our customers are kept in the loop we utilise a sophisticated mobile email system for sending the crews their jobs throughout the day and as importantly so they can log arrival and departure times. Our customers can see when jobs were started and finished and we can invoice correctly for work completed.
