Future Pathways

Future Pathways Alternative Provision is an individualised, targeted and bespoke provision, recognising the complex social and emotional needs of our pupils. Our provision enables young people to overcome barriers, re-engage in learning, develop skills required to successfully integrate into the community and strive towards a positive future. Each student is offered a bespoke provision package which supports them in gaining sufficient knowledge and skills to progress back into mainstream school or support their chosen pathways at post 16. Future Pathways provision has been developed to meet the needs of our young people and has been designed with them in mind. Progress is key at Future Pathways, despite any barriers young people may have had in the past. Very often, the young people we support have low self esteem, and many are not working at age appropriate levels, we can support them to get back on the right path.
