In October 2021, we presented the new competence model FutureSkills + for the new work age for the first time with the HR Innovation Roadshow organized by the DGFP and the Federal Association of German Startups. From the point of view of NewWorker and Entrepreneur, it was shown how easily the questions of the - Ability (job fit and personality fit), - Want (cultural fit) and - May (organizational fit) - Need (learning fit) can be answered with the HR tool FutureSkills +. This is the only way to analyze, develop and secure future competencies in the NewWork age.
