Our History
In 2001, our CEO Mr. Guo recognized a gap in the electronic component industry. Many independent distributors prioritized profits over quality and customer satisfaction. Determined to change this, Mr. Guo founded Futuretech—a customer-centric distributor committed to prioritizing quality and customer needs. Starting with a niche range of components, Futuretech quickly expanded its product line to include hundreds of components sourced and distributed worldwide.
Today, Futuretech stocks and distributes components from over 800 manufacturers. Futuretech made the decision that to provide THE BEST customer service, associates needed to be in the office when customers were. Since that time, all Futuretech sales staff has started their day at 9:00 am EST ,and end at 10:00pm(shift).
