As its name implies, Futureweb focuses largely on Internet communications, with a view towards what's coming tomorrow. The central activity today is writing and shaping websites that are dedicated to the mobile environment. This means fewer pages, less words per page and images that are all optimized for the small screen. Don't confuse this activity with 'Mobile Responsive', which just involves taking content from a desktop site and programming it so that it can be read ('somehow') on mobiles.
