2015 was when it all started. The event that aspired to be the biggest technology event in Portugal was born, the Landing Festival.
Its main focus was to discuss the future of technology in an irreverent and relevant way. It had a major impact on consolidating the relevance of the technological entrepreneurship ecosystem in Portugal and every year it surprised us. After a year and a half of isolation, it returned with another dimension, strength but also with another name: Future Works Tech Conference. It was also a success and made us discern the potential that this event could have in future editions.
We believed that Future Works Tech Conference could have a much broader scope, go far beyond technology, and delve into the most relevant topics of the moment: the future of work. And because we believe that Portugal deserved an event with an international dimension focused on this topic, we decided to take the event to another level. Thus, we gave life to Future.Works Lisbon 2022. It was born from the long-standing partnership between Landing.Jobs and imatch and from the desire to make the event that would challenge and shape the future of work.
