Discover the Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Resolution Corporation (DRC), a non-profit membership-based organization established in 2000 to serve the produce trade. The DRC offers harmonized standards, procedures, and services to help its members avoid commercial disputes. With consultation, mediation, and arbitration services available, the DRC provides efficient and cost-effective dispute-resolution procedures for all its members. Through our collaborative efforts with industry associations and government bodies, we strive to improve legislation, establish industry standards, and create a fair and equitable environment for all participants. While dispute resolution is a significant aspect of our work, members also have access to additional services which contribute to lowering the risk of conflict in a transaction. Who can join? • Growers, shippers, wholesalers, retailers, food service distributors, and brokers who handle fresh fruits and vegetables. • Carriers, transportation intermediaries, and freight contractors who are engaged in the transportation of fresh fruits and vegetables.
