About Flygvapenfrivilligas Riksförbund (FVRF)

Swedish Air Force Voluntary (Flygvapenfrivilligas Riksförbund, FVRF) is—just like all of Sweden's 18 voluntary defence organisations—an independent, non-profit association that has been established on the members' own initiative. We offer training for women and men from the age of 15 and up, both for those who have done military service and for those who lack previous military experience. All our activities aim to support the Swedish total defence, with an emphasis on the tasks of the Armed Forces in general and the Air Force in particular.
