Fysio Centrum Melkweg is een moderne fysiotherapiepraktijk met 6 medewerkers. Wij zijn sinds augustus 2014 gevestigd aan de Melkweg 2, in het Medisch Centrum Melkweg. Hierin hebben ook de huisartsen dr. P. Klaui en dr. C. Hora Adema hun praktijk. De praktijk is al sinds 1989 gevestigd in Middenhoven. Indertijd onder de naam Fysiotherapie Middenhoven, op de Dr. W. Dreesweg.
Op onze locatie bieden wij naast de reguliere fysiotherapie zowel individuele- als groepstraining en medische fitness aan. Daarnaast hebben wij diverse specialisaties.
Alle fysiotherapeuten zijn lid van het KNGF en BIG geregistreerd. Wij laten structureel een cliënttevredenheidsonderzoek uitvoeren om de kwaliteit van onze zorg hoog te houden. De patienten beoordelen onze kwaliteit met een 8,7. Hier zijn wij heel blij mee.
De praktijk heeft contracten afgesloten met alle zorgverzekeraars.
