The interdisciplinary research project "Leadership Ethics as Ethics in the Sciences" combines subject-specific chemistry (didactics) with knowledge about leadership ethics. The research project offers chemistry students and doctoral candidates of the University of Tübingen - as becoming leaders of tomorrow - a course on leadership ethics in winter term 2020/2021. The course imparts competences in ethical reflection based on typical examples that are routed in real life cases and wants to prepare students for their career.
