G&S MAINTENANCE LTD

At G & S Maintenance we carry out a wide range of services including plumbing, drainage, carpentry, electrics, fencing, waste clearances, plastering and decorating. We have a dedicated void team who refurbish properties for the client before they are due to be re let. We have specialist teams who complete kitchen and bathroom refits, refurbs and redesigns. . In 2013 we became NICEIC registered; The business also has full CHAS, Construction Line and SSIP accreditation's. All G & S Maintenance staff have up to date DBS checks and Asbestos Awareness training. We also ensure regular health & safety courses are undertaken by all staff.
