The main aim of GENx is an annual hold of an international conference on entrepreneurship and business topics which would inspire, motivate, and network thousands of scholars and innovators from non-governmental organizations, high schools, and universities from around the world. GENx is founded in May 2018 by Kristian Babic, a young activist, and entrepreneur - whose aim is to provide young people with raw, "hand to hand" knowledge through annually announced, city-based conferences.
