G-Mach specialise in the manufacture of high-precision, CNC-machined parts, turned or milled, and traditionally work on a sub-contract basis. G-Mach have 25 years experience of providing customers with a high quality machined parts, design to delivery service. Our full service machining facility is able to economically produce both small and large batch sizes in a wide range of material from Stainless Steel to Aluminium Bronze and Hard Turning materials. With both ISO and blue chip customer qualifications, our aerospace standard capability copes easily with turned items from 1mm to 300mm diameter and five axis milling to 760 x 500 x 500mm. We can demonstrate our capability not just with an impressive list of international engineering and machine tool customers as clients but through our rapid sample production unit which aims to provide clients with production standard prototypes within 24hours of receiving a drawing.
