GAC can perform building and apartment assessments and remediation. Remediation and Consulting services include: Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA); testing and remediation for asbestos, lead-based paint, oil and soil contamination, and mold; the development of removal specifications; and conducting indoor air monitoring. GAC also offers environmental awareness seminars to its clients. GAC provides qualified and cost-effective project management on asbestos abatement and lead remediation with EPA, NYS and NYC certified personnel.
