Gaea conducts phase I—III drug trials across all of Europe, the UK, the USA, and Ukraine, with partners in Bangladesh and Australia. Gaea's core expertise lies in hospital-originated interventions, focusing on dermatology, neurology, and respiratory diseases, particularly emphasising intensive care populations suffering from VAP, HAP, ARDS, and sepsis. ICU settings are inherently high-intensity and dynamic, requiring 24/7 CRO coverage, making adequate ICU staffing crucial for ensuring protocol adherence and consistent data collection. Many countries face pressures on ICU staffing and a lack of experience in trials. Therefore, the choice of countries and sites is critical and requires operational experience in ICU trials. The CEO closely monitors every Sponsor’s trial, leveraging his extensive experience to oversee the Gaea teams, ensuring that sponsors' clinical trials are completed on time, cost-effectively, and with quality at the core. Gaea assigns a Trial Manager or Project Manager based on the project size as the primary point of contact for qualified providers (vendors) and the Sponsor, ensuring that all communication is direct and efficient. CROs often conduct superficial feasibility assessments, and Gaea understands that suboptimal sites are the leading cause of slow enrollment and result in delays and increased costs for sponsors, so feasibility is a key task
