The complete system is available, or the individual components; Paw Cutter, Paw Bagger, Paw Chiller, Paw Blaster, and Vacuum Transport System. The New Generation Gizzard Machine is available, running up to 210 per minute, and is more cost effective now, as one (1) machine will replace two (2). Other cost saving options that we have available are the Paw Picker and Evisceration Water Recovery Systems, optimally saving 40-60 gallons of water per minute, per line. Also successful at reducing water usage is our Dry Vacuum Transport System, for edible and inedible product. This can be designed to fit your application preference throughout the entire plant. As a money saver, we recommend the Paw Blancher, which will be your solution to transition your paw offal into quality paws. Another successful machine is the New Version 180 Degree Oil Sac Cutter, running bird size 2-14 lbs.
