Galaxy Gameworks was founded in 2008 to enhance the process of game development the world over, from casual independent development to multi-million dollar game studios. Their first product, Simple DirectMedia Layer, is a widely acclaimed game and multimedia development library, and is available under either a free license or traditional commercial licensing terms.
