For ER vets, we offer a path to open your own urgent care clinic without the burden of overnight shifts. General practice vets can shift toward more advanced medicine while taking on ownership. As a practice owner with Galaxy Vets, you'll receive equity, operational support, and recruiting assistance. With a mission to give veterinary medicine back to veterinary professionals, we also allocate equity to all employees — veterinarians, technicians, and support teams — making them co-owners of the entire group.
