As a block of Old Town, the 5-floor property complex consists of two buildings connected with a passage of glass roofed arcade. Originally built as Army Department Store in 1938, the high street retail centre was last refurbished in 2006 with an added extension. The net leasable area of the property is 19 137 km2. The anchor tenants include H&M, RIMI, Massimo Dutti, Douglas, Lindex, Esprit, Gant, Marc O’Polo, Max Mara Weekend and others. The Galerija Centrs shopping centre was acquired by Baltic Horizon Fund in 2019. The owner of the centre is Baltic Horizon Fund, a registered contractual public closed-end real estate fund managed by the alternative management company Northern Horizon Capital AS. The fund is listed on the Nasdaq Tallinn and Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchanges. BURZMA comprises more than 10 authentic and modern cafes, restaurants and bars, offering visitors a uniform interior design and hospitality concept. The cousine and venue place located on the 4th floor of s/c Galerija Centrs, covering more than 1 500 square meters of floor space. It is divided into two zones - Grab&Go and Rest&Taste.
