Gallina's Ham is an handmade, sweet and fragrant product. Its productions follows cfratmanship handed down from the Gallina Family for over 60 years thanks to its incredible passion for this job. The hams, mainly part of Parma Ham circuit, mature following the rhythm of the nature to acquire a unique taste and aroma. A special contribution comes from the location of the production plant that is in Lagrimone di Tizzano Val Parma (PR), on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, at 720 metres above sea level. The company is now in its third generation and looks to the future with the courage, ambition and seriousness that set us apart.
