We are a team of Doctors of Physical Therapy, Strength and Conditioning specialists and Former Collegiate Athletes with a passion for keeping athletes in the game. Both Katelynn and Jessica know the importance of strength and conditioning training to prevent injuries as well as increase your peak performance. We offer GAMEDAY Ready programs for adolescent athletes, that are evidenced based, sport specific injury prevention and performance programs. We also offer Lifelong Athlete programs which include full body strength training, joint mobility, and cardiovascular fitness programs with three different levels to choose from. All programs are delivered straight to your phone. We also offer personalized coaching or physical therapy services depending on which state you live in. Contact for more information!
