Gamerview is a video game platform for job interviews. Companies have the ability utilize the platform to choose storylines/games and interview types. Once chosen, a video chat integration will deploy, allowing you to begin the interview with your candidate. Ranging from Personality assessments (DISC, Predictive Index, Myers-Briggs), cultural interviews, and even technical and logical reasoning assessments, Gamerview allows users to choose the experience that best suits their company and team. Invite the candidate to the Gamerview, and from there they can create their avatar and join. Then, the hiring manager and up to two other members of their team can conduct an interview with the candidate, through the lens of a video game. Hey, interviews should be fun, right?
