Gantoum bakery started its journey with a workshop and a store in 2017 with the vision of improving quality of baking goods. We are committed to using only the freshest and most wholesome ingredients to ensure that every bite is a delightful experience. Currently, we are expanding with the concept of one workshop and four branches. To achieve our vision, we have trained our staff with the most updated culinary and bakery courses from best colleges and equipped our workshops with the latest machinery. Our competitive advantages include using the most wholesome ingredients in our products, employing a 56-year-old sourdough in our breads, abstaining from using baking soda or preservatives in our products.
