We have our own associated Leather Processing Units with a production capacity of almost 5,00,000 sq.ft Grain Leather made from Cowhide, Buffalohide and Baby Cow and Baby Buff hides and 1,50,000 sq.ft Split Leather per month. Our Leathers are PCP, TCP, Chrom VI (with ageing) free and also all our gloves are as per recent CE Norms. Our G+6 Stored Gloves Manufacturing Unit us equipped with all types of modernized machineries as under:----a) Our Cutting Department possess hand cutting department as well as Clicking Machines (Atom Spa made) with a cutting capacity of 3,000 pairs gloves per day with a monthly yield of 78,000 pairs per month. Our Hand Cutting department has a capacity of 7,000 pairs (approx) per day with a monthly yield of 1,82,000 pairs per month. Our Sewing Department contains 26 nos. Cylinder Bed Single Needle Sewing Machines along with Zig Zag and Binding Machines with a sewing capacity of 5,500 pairs of gloves per day and a total yield of 1,45,000 - 1,50,000 pairs per month. We also have our associated Sewing Units from where we can possess 2,000-3,000 pairs per day with a total yield of 70,000 pairs per month. Our each gloves and other welding apparels goes through stringent quality control department to satisfy all our customers. We have "De-Humidifying" Machine (Bry Air U.S.A. made) and dry air machines helps us to eradicate the moisture from the gloves and prevent growth of moisture, fungus, moulds etc during the time of monsoon as well as throughout the year.
