Georgia Association of Public Plan Trustees® (GAPPT)

In 2009, the Georgia Association of Public Plan Trustees™ was established as a nonprofit organization solely dedicated to promoting education for public retirement system fiduciaries. With our members managing over twenty-three billion dollars in plan assets, we believe "an educated fiduciary is an effective fiduciary"™. In addition to our Certified Retirement Plan Fiduciary™ curriculum, the GAPPT offers educational programming with topics pertinent to public retirement plan trustees and staff members. The Georgia Association of Public Plan Trustees® is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers IACET CEUs for its learning events that comply with the ANSI/IACET Continuing Education and Training Standard. IACET is recognized internationally as a standard development organization and accrediting body that promotes the quality of continuing education and training.
