Garces Fruit

Our company was founded in 1965 by Hernán Garcés Vial in our town of San Francisco de Mostazal. (VI region of Chile). The first export activity was conducted in 1975 under the brand San Francisco. Established as a family business, in 1984 his son, Hernán Garcés Echeverría, joined to the company. Since then, he serves as company’s leader and currently holds the position of General Manager. With an industry that progressed in technological matters both in the field and in the industrial area, in 1992, Pablo Garcés Echeverría joined to the company, who todayis our Agronomist Manager manages the family owned farms totaling more a thousand acres. Since 1999, San Francisco Lo Garcés has experienced a strong growth in all areas, which has led the company to become a leader in the cherries global market. The last major milestone of the company was in November 2012, when it opened Molina Industrial Facilities in the VII Region of Chile.
