We are a family run distillery company based in The Garden County of Ireland, Co. Wicklow. We have been bonding whiskey stocks and distilling gins and liqueurs since 2016.
Since the covid pandemic hit in 2020, we have been planning the next phase of our journey, the release of our quality mature whiskey stocks in small and selected releases as well as moving into producing our own whiskey at the foot of the Wicklow Mountains.
We will begin production in the middle of 2023 and primarily aim to explore the all the wonders of the expanded Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey as well as produce a world class Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
To help support our continued growth, we have launched a founders cask program, where patrons will become an integral part of our community by purchasing one of the original casks of new make whiskey that we lay down. It is an investment in the company and the Irish Whiskey sector as a whole. These patrons will enjoy unrivalled access to the distillery as we start out and grow, and we hope they will enjoy the success of our growth along side us.
