In the old center of one of the most beautiful villages in France, this cottage is an old family house carefully restored.
The character of the building is underlined by the use of wood, lime and hemp and by a pleasant wooden terrace of 10 m² opening onto a small enclosed garden (150 m²).
On site: medieval village, former abbey, Cluniac site, towers, headdress museum, shops and services.
Nearby: the wide open spaces of Cantal and Cézallier, medieval village of Léotoing at 10 km, Brioude at 22 km (Maison du Saumon, Biennale de l'Aquarelle, Maison de Mandrin, Saint-Julien basilica ...). All shops and services in Massiac at 9 km.
Ground floor: cellar with washing machine.
The terrace gives access to the 1st floor which includes an equipped kitchen, a dining room with sitting area (DVD player) and a shower room with wc.
On the 2nd floor, a large family room (1 double bed, 1 single bed) with private bathrooms (shower room with wc) and a bedroom with 1 double bed on the mezzanine, private shower room with wc.
Heating included in rates. Sheets, towels and table linen are provided free of charge. Beds are made upon arrival. The end-of-stay cleaning service (excluding dishes and trash) is included in the price.
