The Garvey-Nkrumah Fellowship (GNF) Program & International Development Incubator is a capacity-building and training incubator delivered in support of development efforts in Africa, The Caribbean, and U.S. Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) servicing communities. Cognizant of the need to improve trade and cultural connectivity among the Diaspora and equally the need to increase the attendant skills thereof, the Garvey-Nkrumah International Development Incubator addresses this need through our cross-cultural (Africa, Caribbean, U.S.,) experiential training model. This model prepares: (1) graduate level students from African and Caribbean Institutions, as well HBCUs and; (2) young professionals from these regions for careers in the following areas: • International Trade & Development • International Business • International Law • Diplomacy & International Relations • Public Policy • Alternative Dispute Resolution
