I’m a freelance Construction Management Consultant with over 30 years of experience representing developers, owners and franchisees in their development of retail space, restaurants and drug stores. I provide a full range of construction management services covering new construction, conversions, tenant fit-outs and remodels by expediting the procedure, while keeping the project on track and moving through all the stages of development. “No job is too large or too small”. I have outlined some of my services below; however, services are fully custimized to each client's needs. • Site feasibility and evaluation (existing condition plan, HVAC requirements, suggested floor plan for space requirements, code research). • Coordination of proposals and contract negotiations (for: Surveyors, soils engineers, civil engineers, traffic consultants and architects). • Value Engineering and plan review (work with engineers and architects in the design to meet the client’s objectives and governmental code compliance). • Permitting (coordinates and assists on securing all necessary permits, coordinate and attend public hearings when applicable). • General Contractors (bid evaluation, contract negotiations, site inspections and progress payment evaluation). • Equipment plan review and bid evaluation (work with equipment supplier, assist in coordination of bidding, delivery and installation).
