The gasket manufacturing process takes place at our Dorset production facility, utilising state-of-the-art machinery including laser guided digital CNC cutting, water jet cutting and hydraulic punching to ensure accuracy and precision in production. By working in strict accordance to ISO9001 quality procedures, our clients are offered peace of mind, with reliable and cost effective gasket solutions time and time again.
Our range of gasket materials is comprehensive and includes rubber, paper and CNAF options such as Neoprene, Nitrile, EPDM, Viton, Silicone, Klinger Oil Proof Paper, Non-Asbestos Fibre Paper, Expanded Neoprene & EPDM, Natural Rubber and specification rubber materials. As a result of our continued investment in new technologies and machinery, we have now added new innovative services to Gaskets Direct including 'Gasket Scribing' - we can professionally mark each component with an identification number for traceability purposes and 'Gasket Digitisation' - allowing us to digitally scan, create and repair your damaged gasket on our CAD software.
