Gasterea’s stories are aimed at curious, open-minded readers who love to eat, travel, discover new flavours, engage new ideas, plant new seeds, cook, and are hungry still, not to consume only, but to think about food culture in novel ways.
Gasterea is part source of inspiration and part resource for food culture education; an open-source publication.
Gasterea is born in Istanbul, raised within the global gastronomic discourse, and is now contributing to the cross-frontiers dialogue.
