Gastro Cosmos S.L. is a recently established gastronomy group in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. It can be considered the most modern and creative gastronomy group on the whole island of Fuerteventura, combining artistic and ultra-modern elements with the highest food quality at reasonable prices.
Our mission is to offer outstanding and unique restaurants and bars to the whole community of Corralejo and surroundings. It is essential for us to work with local products and offer plant-based food alongside traditional food.
We started with the Cosmos food & astro bar in the shopping center El Campanario (Corralejo) that offers creative Canarian cuisine and is managed by our award-winning chef Rubén Pérez. The restaurant itself makes you feel being in the “Cosmos” due to its decoration and art works. Shorty after that we opened the Blue Coral Art Café, also situated in the shopping center El Campanario. We are proud to say that we have the widest selection of national and international breads in Corralejo – all made by us in our own bakery. We are always looking for the latest trends to be included into our menu, such as oat bowls, fresh yoghurt dishes and an amazing choice of cakes, no-pizzas and many more...
