Gastro Ventures is an innovation hub that was born with the aim of bringing a unique approach to Food-Tech, with a strong commitment to innovation, disruption and sustainability. The company operates in two distinct areas. While the first one is focused on the Food Tech industry and is a venture in which research plays an essential role, the second one deals with culinary management in the restoration sector. Alacarte, 1933 Signature Cocktails, Carrot and Gastronomy Solutions are some of the companies that are part of Gastro Ventures. The company is also co-organiser and main sponsor of the Science & Cooking Public Lectures at Harvard University (Boston) and the Science and Cooking World Congress.
