Gateway Communications Services, Inc. (“Gateway CSI”) provides advanced technical call center services and private label products to cable, internet, telecommunications and applications service providers. Our private label suite includes: Technical Call Center and Support Services; IP Telephony; Wireless and Wireline Communications; Billing; and Digital Storage. Gateway CSI also provides Mid-Atlantic businesses and government agencies with customized high quality communications and IT services that leverage advanced technologies, and that are simple to manage and use and are a good value. In March 2007, the assets of SkyRocket Technical Support, Inc. were acquired by Gateway CSI. Our corporate headquarters is located in Silver Spring, Maryland near the Nation’s Capital, and our Operations Center is centrally located in the Chesapeake Bay Business Park in Stevensville, Maryland. Our operations group in Stevensville consists of dedicated individuals who provide on-going engineering, technical and field operations support for our customers.
