We provide job postings on traditional job boards but also have personal networks and relationships that we tap into. We provide screening (including resume reviews and phone screenings) before we ever present a prospect. With mutual approval we can arrange a phone or personal interview between the client and the candidate, follow up with references, conduct background checks, and negotiate the offer phase to the level the client is comfortable.
