The GatewayLA Property-based Business Improvement District includes more than 40 properties adjacent to Los Angeles International Airport where property owners tax themselves to make their community cleaner, safer and more vibrant. GatewayLA, established in 1998, features more than 12 million square feet of hotel, office, parking, retail, and restaurant space, including the largest concentration of hotel rooms in the City of Los Angeles.
