The Gateway Area Council provides Scouting programs (Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing, Exploring, Camp Decorah) in a 9-county region of Southwest Wisconsin and Southeast Minnesota. Families in Houston, La Crosse, Buffalo, Crawford, Jackson, Juneau, Monroe, Trempealeau and Vernon Counties are positively impacted by Scouting programs. Through Scouting youth develop character, citizenship, life and leadership skills; connect with positive adult role models; experience the outdoors; and provide significant community service.
