Gather, Inc. is a leader in the field of relational engagement, supporting and advancing relationship-based work to help Jews identify and actualize the Jewish life they seek. Building upon our hyperlocal work at GatherDC, we have created Gather, Inc. as a new relational platform that leverages data and education to achieve transformational systems-change for Jewish communities across the country. We train change agents in the Jewish community to bring a relationship-centered approach to every aspect of their work, prioritizing the quality of Jewish connections and experiences over attendance. Our lived commitment to this relational methodology enables our clients to become ongoing partners in helping people access and create meaningful Jewish life, wherever they seek it. We strive to create a safer and more equitable Jewish future that celebrates and protects the diversity of our community. We acknowledge that systemic oppression has disproportionately impacted Jews of Color, Sephardi and Mizrachi Jews, trans Jews, and gender non-conforming Jews, and we are committed to the ongoing process of creating a truly inclusive anti-racist community.
